6  There are 20 head coaches  8 assistant coaches  15 club activity instructors  These coaches are offered coaching education by the head of coaching  The requirements to become a coach are dependant on the team: at very least attitude and motivation are needed, skills can be gained through education and experience  Education and experience are already required for the more demanding team coaching (first teams, A-juniors

7  There is a coaching system provided by the floorball federation, which has three levels  SBV 1 is hosted yearly in Kuopio and is strongly recommended for every coach working within the club  SBV 2 is still offered to everyone keen to learn more, but it costs more than SBV 1  SBV 3 is the professional level, which you can get invited to if you are good enough

8  The minimum requirement in juniors is to have interest in the sport and developing young players  For the senior teams the focus for long-term goals and determination to develop on and off the rink are required to participate  The senior team coaches get financial compensation  Athletes can get personal sponsorship deals from a third party organization to pay for costs

9  ”Elevator team”, changes in personel, long- term goals  Brought in juniors, tactics, implemented the same tactics for the second team, implementing it to C-juniors  Added 1-2 S&C sessions a week  Focus on developing individuals that can play within the tactical system  Record 1-1-3, every time the more active team
