38 Bursar’s Office Services Collect payments for tuition, fees and housing. Disburse financial aid funds. Process and generate refunds. Issue SJSU Tower ID cards. Offer payment plans. Assist students with questions regarding their student account.

Students are responsible for monitoring their student account and records to know when to register, when to pay and when to apply for financial aid.

40 Student Assistance and Resources Best way for students to access account information – MySJSU – student portal where students register for classes, access their account information, messages from the University and maintain records. E-refund – Students can designate a bank account to receive direct deposit of refunds. Students can charge books and supplies from the Spartan Bookstore to their student account.
