3 EN-ROUTE SERVICES Unit rates to be halved during the next 20 years (from 2009), Capacity to be tripled 16% reduced prices Strong growth in overflight traffic Important for Avinor to maintain our highly competive low prices Substantial investments in ATM-technology expected. Radical measures seen at our nabouring ANSPs, including lay-offs.

Price reduction expected in increasingly competitive market. We expect more competitors to enter the market as airports include CNS in tenders

Torp and Rygge airports have expressed ambitions to start tendering process this spring. Approach services possibly included Norwegian government examines if and how competition on Avinor-owned airports can be done.
