3. Introduction Hello and welcome to the out and up activity centre we are a small company that runs team building exercises for young adults aged between 17-23. 4. Note from the staff chairman We want to discover what it feels like to be challenged and to learn new skills. It will give us all a better understanding of how people learn in a variety of new situations. I have to say, I have never felt so anxious in all my life. Firstly there was the initial get-together of all the staff many of us know each other from before the amalgamation but probably have not spent that long in each others’ company. I understand that people may have not had this experience before now but I feel like they will enjoy it and come back after for more.
