1. Pricing Breakdown – Adult -Hotel pricing is based on an average cost of $100.00 USD per night for 6 nights. (divided by quad occupancy) -*The pricing generated for gas and parking projections are based on the expenses of a Dodge Grand Caravan split between the 7 available seats. -The Diocese and Parishes will be covering a portion of the registration costs for the Meeting. 50/25 split. -Adult Registration is $325.00 USD; this includes a $100 debit card for the week. - TOTAL COST: $574.00 week

2. Pricing Breakdown – Youth -Hotel pricing is based on an average cost of $100.00 USD per night for 6 nights (quad occupancy) -*The pricing generated for gas and parking projections are based on the expenses of a Dodge Grand Caravan split between the 7 available seats. -The Diocese and Parishes will be covering a portion of the registration costs for the meeting. -Youth Registration fee is $199.00 USD. - TOTAL COST: $535.83/week

3. Projected Pricing -Projections: -Food is based on; one $10 Breakfast; five $10 Lunches; six $20 and one $15 Dinners. Two Lunches and six Breakfasts are covered in other costs. (per person/week) -Gas is based on direct mileages to Philadelphia, and round trips to the hotels from the Convention Centre. -Gas consumption is based on the 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan usage and tank capacity. Parking is based on the maximum daily parking costs near the convention centre. All parking and gas costs are divided into seven parts – one per seat in a Grand Caravan.
