3 Class Schedule Preparation Information All 1 st proofs are due back no later than 5 pm on Friday, September 12, 2014  Email attached spreadsheet to fysched@uaf.edu and bdpaskvan@alaska.edufysched@uaf.edu bdpaskvan@alaska.edu  Proof must be delivered through the Deans office to ensure all course approvals  List department and term on the subject line of the email  Example: NRM/GEOG 201501  Handwritten changes will not be accepted  Do not remove/delete any courses from the proof  1 st proof will be returned to the department if submitted with inaccurate format
