2 What is the purpose of Employee Evaluations? The purpose of the heads of each department doing Employee Evaluations is so that people like the CEO and the VP’s can see how well a person is working in their group and on their task. It also helps keep track of how well the Heads of each department are doing and what they need to improve on.

3 How do I do an employee evaluation? Each week you will get an employee evaluation sheet for each employee. You need to put the employees name, job, and that days date in the spaces provided. Then, you “grade” the employee 5 being the best and 1 being the worst. (make sure you are honest in this section). Lastly, we have provided a spot at the end of the page to put additional comments about the person that you would like them to know, how they are working, do they have an attitude problem, etc.
