7 Enter your personal information to verify your identity
Enter your personal information to verify your identity. Note: The fields that are available on this page are located on the top of your Earnings Statement. Co. – 6MJ for Optomi employees Co. – 6MK for Consultants

8 Create your user ID and create your password to log in to your ADP service.

9 Select three security questions and enter security answers to protect your account. Answers must be at least 2 alphanumeric characters long and are not case sensitive. Be sure to choose answers you can remember.

10 Enter your contact information to receive security notifications from your company or ADP. This is how ADP will deliver your activation code to you via or Text, depending on the method of delivery you choose.

11 Enter the activation code you received from ADP (via email or text)
Enter the activation code you received from ADP (via or text). Note: You may need to wait longer for an activation code to arrive by or Text. There can be a delay due to Internet traffic, your service provider, firewalls, etc.

The Home page contains information about our company and links to various documents. EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE To Enroll, click start and “Walk me through my benefits” To review and change your benefit elections, select Review/Change Benefits from the Benefits menu. You have three methods of making selections. As this example shows, the first option is a wizard that walks you through each step of the enrollment process for all available plans. To launch the wizard, select the Walk me through this process option. Once the option has been selected, the Start button displays. Click the Start button to continue. Policies marked with an asterisk require you to acknowledge them online. You can acknowledge policies through the Read and acknowledge all policies link, as well as through the Activities list area of the Approvals and Notifications page, or the Activities to be completed link in the Message Center at a Glance (which brings you to the Activities area of the Approvals and Notifications page). You can deposit the full amount of your paycheck, a designated part of it, or the remaining balance after deposits have been made in other accounts. Remember to submit a hard copy of your W-4 form to your payroll administrator. To see how your paycheck will be affected by a change in your withholding amounts, go to the Financial Tools section and click W-4 Assistant. Your emergency contact information identifies who will be contacted, on your behalf, in case of an emergency.
