2 Our customers are the one billion people around the world without access to clean drinking water. While more than 80 percent of people in Ghana have access to safe water only about 13 percent of people have access to improved sanitation. The third most frequently reported illness across the country is diarrhea disease, which is also responsible for 25 percent of all deaths in children under the age of five.

3 -Population: 25,199,609 Age Structure: 0-14 years: 38.7% (male 4,902,094/female 4,858,630) 15-24 years: 18.8% (male 2,360,293/female 2,382.573) 25-54 years: 33.7% (male 4,120,921/female 4,363,889) 55-64 years: 4.7% (male 577,431/female 610,716) 65 years and over: 4.1% (male 476,297/female 546,765) -the unemployment rate is 11% population below poverty line is 28.5% - the cost of living is high considering the poor living conditions -income levels/ currency and currency rates - Literacy of ages 15 and over that can read and write, total population: 71.5%, male: 78.3%, female: 65.3%
