3 2 CONTENT VoIP Phone Facility 1.Dial SBU – West Office 2.Dial Israel – Land lines 3.Dial Israel – Mobile Phones Note : Recommending to Use this Facility as it is a Free of Cost to the Company

4 Dial to SBU – West (From HO(Savli) to Baroda office) 3 1.Lift the Receiver and Dial 6 2.You will listen long tone 3.Dial 611 or 612 4.It will connect to Baroda office - You will listen to the operator tone and press the extension number of our colleague. If not wait for Operator to speak. 5.Baroda Office extensions will have 3 digit number (click on the excel file of baroda office exetension numbers) Note : 1. If it is getting engaged/busy. Wait for some time as our colleagues may be using. 2. Recommending to Use this Facility as it is a Free of Cost to the Company

5 Dial to Israel Land Line (From HO(Savli) to Israel LandLine) 4 For example Israel land line number will be as +9728647- 4000 You should remove +972 and the remaining number will be as to dial 8647XXXX. 1.Lift the Receiver and Dial 6 2.You will listen long tone 3.Dial 2000 4.Immediately press the land line number of Israel – 8647XXXX 5. It will connect to Israel Land Line. Note : 1. If it is getting engaged/busy. Wait for some time as our colleagues may be using. 2. Recommending to Use this Facility as it is a Free of Cost to the Company

6 Dial to Israel Mobile (From HO(Savli) to Israel Mobile) 5 For example Israel Mobile number will be as +972.52.501XXXX You should remove +972 and the remaining number will be as to dial 52501XXXX 1.Lift the Receiver and Dial 6 2.You will listen long tone 3.Dial 2000 4.Immediately press the land line number of Israel – 52501XXXX 5.It will connect to Israel Land Line. 6.In the same way for the Magal Mobile and landline Number also. Note : 1. If it is getting engaged/busy. Wait for some time as our colleagues may be using. 2. Recommending to Use this Facility as it is a Free of Cost to the Company
