3  We all know that jogging is a form of aerobic exercise that simply requires a person to run at a constant pace ranging from seconds to the length of a marathon. The question is whether you’re aware of its advantages and disadvantages.  Let’s take a look at the following pros and cons of jogging.

4  Jogging strengthens the bone density and muscles of your legs.  The cardiovascular system improves by increasing the capacity of blood circulation and in turn making the heart stronger.  Endurance attained through jogging improves the respiratory system.  The digestive system is sped up and can help to relieve related problems.

5  Jogging can also help you sleep better.  Your immune system gets a boost allowing you to better fight off colds and the flu.  Jogging helps to deal with mental health issues such as counteracting depression.  Jogging is also an effective way of burning a good amount of calories, which leads to weight loss as long as a proper diet is maintained.
