Grade Breakdown  70% - Summative Assessment  9 exams  1 final project  Retake Policy  If a student earns below a 93% on an exam, they may retake the exam and may earn up to a 93%  If a student earns below a 60% on an exam, it is strongly recommended they retake the exam, and must complete an activity showing their understanding of the material.  The time period is 2 6-day cycles from the return of the exam

Opportunities for Enrichment  Literacy Council of Berks County  5 students per visit will visit the literacy council and help native speakers learn English while they help the student learn Spanish  Trips will be 1 per month/six weeks  National Spanish Exam  In March – online assessment of students from across the nation  Opportunity to increase students’ Spanish proficiency  Possible scholarships available
