Successful launch and rollout of Learn & Connect, learning platform in all UNHCR offices:
Technical testing of the platform was completed in the field prior to rollout
For the first time all training is being centrally managed, tracked, evaluated and reported on. Staff can now find workshops, UNHCR learning programmes, eLearning courses and self-study material all in one place.
Staff can participate in learning-focused communities and discussions online
A number of administrators have been trained to set up and manage events, both within and outside the GLC
