14 Cardholder Satisfaction Responding to publicity regarding cardholder fees on State Unemployment Debit card programs, we deployed an online survey for a State client to gather feedback from their claimants: 97% of claimants say receiving benefit payments quickly to their debit card (rather than by check) is important. 93% of claimants find it easy to use their debit card. 90% prefer receiving their UI payment to their debit card, rather than via paper check. 82% find it easy to access their debit card funds without any fees.
