8.  locating other chaplains and/or persons from the community to provide support for patients' services, - Coordinated military and community organizations in support of deploying units; collaborated with resources to provide training, information, and Veterans services. -Built and maintained relationships with local Pastors and service providers in the community.  Arranging for special services including administering ordinances, rites or sacraments, conducting funerals, or seasonal services. - Prepares and presents Chapel services for service members during training events; performs and provides Worship Services, devotional, rites and sacraments.  Collaborating with other health care professionals -Provides daily individual crisis intervention, care and counseling to Soldiers and family members; works in concert and collaborates with the Military Psychologist, Suicide Prevention Team and Sexual Assault Prevention Team and the Vet Center Counselors to assist Soldiers and families in need. - Counseled and assisted over 40 Soldiers struggling with suicide ideations.  Provide those rites and sacraments  Assessing patient needs, planning and carrying out patient care; developing relationships - Assessed Soldiers’ spiritual needs and provided Worship Services, devotionals, sacraments and memorial services for 2 fallen Soldiers.
