The Chaplain is there to offer guidance and counsel for almost any situation that arises. Employee problems have a negative effect on their job performance, attendance and safety. Having a Chaplain to talk with can make a big difference in the employee’s personal life and the company’s bottom line.

15 Two ways to provide Chaplaincy Programs In-HouseOutsourcing You hire someone as a company employee to serve as chaplain. Contracting an outside chaplain to come in to provide the services.

16 What is the cost for Corporate Chaplaincy Services? Chaplaincy program expenses will vary.
