Volume increase must be clearly trackable and not relate to volume reduction in other areas. Where it is related to volume reduction in ohter areas, there needs to be a reduction in either TLC or external spend linked Revenue uplift: direct increase of revenues (e.g., avoided churn, sales uplift) on the back of the CI initiative
