9 What do the assessors look for?
Evidence that is Valid – relate to the requirements of the standard Authentic – candidates own work Current – recent enough to show candidate still possesses these skills (usually within 2 years). Sufficient – when the quality and quantity of evidence is sufficient to satisfy the assessor that competence has been achieved

10 Reflective Management Report Should contain:
An outline of how and why you produced the evidence, and an explanation of the underpinning academic concepts in order to demonstrate your application of the knowledge and understanding requirements Statement to verify it is your own work References to the sources of Evidence and information AC How I meet this Assessment Criteria 1.1 Describe how you have provided information to people in your organization about the benefits of a positive health and safety culture. Possible evidence – presentations, input to in-house conferences, witness testimony from someone you have provided this information to. In my role as a Health and Safety Advisor I provide information to a range groups including Managers, Directors, contractors and employees. An example of this is the annual health and safety report ( evidence 1). Firstly I gather the accident data . . .

13 Appeals procedure Step one – please raise issue with your assessor
Step two - candidate submits written appeal to the internal verifier for investigation. Step three - if issue unresolved it can be escalated to City and Guilds.
