3  this tense indicates that an action was completed (finished or “perfected”) at some point in the past or that the action extends to the present.  I have walked two miles already. (but I’m still walking)  I have run the Boston marathon. (but that was sometime ago)

4 The Present Perfect  In English we form the Present Perfect tense by conjugating the verb “HAVE” and adding the past participle of the verb  Ex: he has seen,  have you tried?  they haven’t eaten.

5 The Present Perfect  We generally use the Spanish present perfect in the same way we use its English equivalent   We use it to describe an action completed that has just finished
