3 We have looked in detail at ink transfer and radiation methodologies. But as you can see there are other mechanical methodologies for nanostructuring surfaces, which involve (i)Nano-positioning: Pushing/Picking up atoms/molecules around a surface with a scanning probe microscope (AFM/STM) (ii)Nano-indentation: Pushing an AFM tip into a surface to make a crater or scratching the surface by dragging the tip allong the substrate surface. (iii)Nano-shaving: Removing a SAM by dragging the AFP tip through the SAM

4 We have examined 4 possible next generation lithogrpahy methodologies in detail: EBL SNP uCP DPN You should be able to describe each methodology in detail: Methods Materials Surfaces Chemistries Resolutions Advantages Disadvantages etc In addition, you should be able to compare these methodologies both with each other and with photolithography.
