4 Slide 4 Session Segments Presentation Kyle will address the SuccessFactors Recruiting module, focusing on the Hiring Manager role. During Kyle’s presentation, your phone will be muted. 10 Slide 10 How to use the Recruiting Module SuccessFactors is a web-based system. Log in from myJohnsHopkins portal Click the HR icon Select SuccessFactors SuccessFactors utilizes single sign- on.

11 Slide 11 Accessing Job Requisitions Once logged in, select Home in the upper left of the screen and select Recruiting. The Recruiting tab contains all job requisitions you have access to. The drop down menu under Job Requisitions heading will filter the reqs that appear based on status.

12 Slide 12 Accessing Job Requisitions Additional filter and display options can be found under the filter wheel. Filter options allow for specific items to be searched.

13 Slide 13 Accessing Job Requisitions (cont.) Display options allow user to customize columns that appear on Job Requisitions homepage

14 Slide 14 Accessing Candidates Candidates can be accessed by hovering over job title and clicking Candidate Summary. Can also access candidates by clicking the number under the Candidates column. Click candidate’s name to bring up their application.

15 Slide 15 Accessing Candidates The Talent Pipeline shows all candidates in viewable statuses. Clicking each status will show list of applicants currently in status. The options wheel allows users to customize the display in Candidates homepage.

16 Slide 16 Receiving and Dispositioning Candidates Recruiters will forward candidates to managers after initial screening. These candidates can be accessed from the Forward to Manager bucket. Managers can view notes from recruiter in the Application Status Audit Trail.

17 Slide 17 Receiving and Dispositioning Candidates Once the application has been reviewed, move the applicant to the next step – Manager Disposition using the drop-down menu under Candidate Status Once you select the status, you can add an optional comment which will appear in the Application Status Audit Trail. The recruiter will have access to these comments.
