2 Objectives for MI PRS – Face to Face Training Further help you to understand the process of linking your individual plan using the Institute template to the Institute work group logic models, and the Michigan Planning and Reporting System Help you use the resources to use in identifying what information will be auto-populated from the work group logic models Teach you how to review reports Teach you how to create an individual plan using the wizard and manual functions in the software 2

16 Two Passes of Three Screens First pass uses the wizard at the bottom to link to work group plan and then help to pre-populate sections Second pass in manual mode allows you to individualize and paste information from your template and other materials Three screens make up the core plan –Plan Information –Outcomes –Outputs 16

19 Outcomes - Wizard This list often times goes for many pages. Based on your work and template select appropriate outcomes. You may want to use MI PRS Resources here. 19

22 Output - Wizard Select Output(s) and submit After submitting this page, you will automatically be sent to the Plan Information screen in manual mode. 22

26 Outcomes - Manual No changes are needed in Outcomes – Manual, proceed to Outputs/Inputs-Manual 26

27 Outputs - Manual Click on Edit to add information about number of workshops and number of participants targeted and possible 27

28 Outputs - Manual (continued) Enter the number of workshops or trainings planned 28

29 Outputs – Manual (continued) Identify the participant type, number of participants targeted from potential, and (if applicable) locations – THEN SAVE AT BOTTOM OF SCREEN 29

30 Inputs – Manual (continued) Click on Add inputs 30

31 Inputs - Manual Enter the number of days you plan to invest on this project with 220 days being one year (complete other information that is relevant) and then SAVE. 31

32 Outputs/Inputs – Manual Done Click on Logic Model View to see your individual plan 32

33 Next Steps 33 Finish your plan and once your are for the Institute Director To view your plan and approve it, go to the bottom of the Logic Model Report of the plan and click on Submit Plan for Review
