Summary We have had 2 successful years in 2006/7 & 2007/8 but the future will be challenging We must play to our strengths Student applications, staff recruitment, infrastructure investment, brand & reputation Key developments Heslington East, Better Management, RAE, international visits, 21 st Century Colleges, World Class IT, HODs leadership programme
