4 Challenges Faced Lack of Common IT Platform in Store  More than 80% not on Current Operating System 50% Windows 98 or older 35% DOS Based Dispense System  Less than 10% have a Dedicated Server in Store  Until June 2005 less than 15% had broadband internet. Now 90% thanks to subsidy.
