3. Our first workshop, An Introduction to Financial Markets, will give everyone a great look into financial markets, why they exist, and how to take part in them. It is the first in a three part series to get members ready for our Stock Challenge. Our speakers will be, Stevens Finance Group CEO, Ryan Bennick and guest speaker Jonathan Chandranathan In this workshop, you will learn: Stocks, Bonds, and other Financial Products Investment strategies Stock picking The roles of players in financial markets There will be a Q & A session following the presentation

4. Stevens Finance Group is an organization formed by students from the Stevens’ Business and Technology Program. The purpose of SFG is to help Stevens’ undergraduate students in building a foundation in finance through activities such as investment projects and trading programs, guest speakers, visits to financial institutions, and business workshops.
