8 IACC-ITS.PPT June 1, 2001 Projected Growth A survey of Blackboard-using faculty indicated: –21% of our current courses are about 25% complete. –93% of faculty say they will create 1-5 courses in the next 3 quarters. –A course can be 40MB at 100% completion. 40MB x 2 courses (3 quarters) = 80MB/faculty. –At our current growth (120%) in 2 years we can have 300 faculty each with 80MB of courses which will = 24GB of HD space. –Therefore…
