You mention this to her and she asks you not to say anything to anyone about her cheating. 3 Case 2 A 5 year old girl, Kim, has a new friend, Lee, and they go to the small neighborhood store where they steal some inexpensive small dolls. Next day Kim's mother asks her where she got her 2 new dolls. She tells her mother that she got them at the store where she and Lee went. Kim's mother asks her what she used for money and she said they did not pay money. Should the mother take action? What should the mother do to be a good mother? 5 Case 4 In the next door family, the man drinks alcohol and gets drunk. One night you hear him beating his wife and you hear her crying out in pain and begging him to stop. 6 Case 5 The nurses in a local hospital are poorly paid and want more money and better benefits. They have tired to talk with the hospital administration but have not been successful in getting what they want. They decide to go on strike. Before they strike they organize the nursing service of the hospital so that patients will not be harmed. The administration closed down several hospital units because there are not enough nurses to care for the patients? Should the nurses go on strike?

The ICN nurses want to decide who can work in the ICU based on their knowledge and skills. What do you think of this? The nurse thinks this is unnecessary so does not take them but writes down on the patient's chart, the blood pressure, pulse, respiration as if she had taken these vital signs very 2 hours. The patient recovers so no harm was done to the patient.

There is some risk involved in being a human subject in this study. The person may get a very bad lung infection that could make the person seriously ill. He does not discuss the situation with either Mr. Xin or his family but goes ahead and decided to give treatment that has a 25 % chance of prolonging the patients’ life but which also is costly and may cause the patient some pain.
