2 Target’s Commitment Target is a performance-based company with equal opportunities for all who perform. When we talk about diversity within Target, we define it inclusively as individuality. This individuality may include a wide spectrum of attributes such as personal style, age, race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, language, physical ability, religion, family, citizenship status, socio-economic circumstances, education and life experiences. To us, diversity is any attribute that makes an individual unique that does not interfere with effective job performance.
