5. Staffing & Statistics Staffing: Chester Office, ILL Business Unit Statistics 2004 – 2005: 1735 Location Searches carried out by the ILL Business Unit LNW’s 40 member libraries supplied over 55,000 items, and received over 101,000 items via inter library loan.
