6 The tools are actually pretty popular now and are everywhere. Notes – Impress people with big numbers and stats…

10 For some people, the technology matters… Just ask Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Jobs, Eric Schmidt… But my mum doesn’t really care, she wants to connect in the most convenient ways possible and sometimes that means “in person”. Notes – Don’t mention Mum is a Farmville addict
