Job-related questions designed to specifically examine past performance Past performance is the best indicator of future performance Follow the formula PAR: Problem, Action, Result Choose several experiences beforehand and practice incorporating them into your answers Interviewers will sometimes take notes Emphasize that your answer is complete by referring back to the problem
