3 1: The OM receives the customer request and converts it into various type and quantity of wagons, that he submits to the FM. 2: The FM puts in F-Man tool information linked to the request (a given quantity of wagons per type to bring at given place and date for loading) and asks for solution. 3: The F-Man tool provides ranking information based on overall cost : a set of empty wagons, which can satisfy the request. 4: The FM selects one of the alternative proposals. 5: The OPM says if trains are available to do the transport. 6: The F-Man tool changes the status of wagons, chosen by the FM. 7: The OPM receives from the FM the order of sending the empty wagons to a loading place. 8 : To continue his logistic offer, the OM asks the OPM for the transport of loaded wagons from a given place at a given date to a given destination for a given date. 9: The OM receives from the OPM the confirmation of the loaded wagon transport feasibility. 10: During the transport of wagons (empty or loaded), the F-Man tool can detect delay through out event messages from the TOC and real time events sent by OBT. 11:When wagons are empty and available again, the F-Man tool inform the FM. 10 1: The MM receives hints from the F-Man tool to organise the sending of wagons to the workshop, by a transport request to the OPM. 2: After the OPM confirmation, the MM sends toward the OPM an order of empty wagons transport to the workshop. 3:The F-Man tool receives event messages (from the OPM) and real time events (from the OBT) on the condition of transport and delivery of wagons and then dispatches the information towards the FM and the MM. 4: The MM looks after the maintenance procedures and informs the F-Man tool and the FM in case of delay. 5: The MM informs the F-Man tool when wagons are put back into circulation.

12 1: The F-Man tool detects a delay during the transport. 2: The F-Man tool informs the MM about a damage on wagons. 3: The MM transmit the information to the FM if the wagon is empty, to the OM if the wagon is loaded. 4: The MM asks the OPM for a transport and sends the order of transport after having the transport confirmation. 5: During the empty wagons transport, the F-Man tool can detect delay: information come from the OPM and the OBT, through event messages and real time events. 6: Thanks to event messages, the F-Man tool transmits the information concerning the arrival of empty wagons to the workshop. 7: The MM looks after the maintenance procedures and informs the F-Man tool and the FM in case of delay. 8: The MM informs the F-Man tool when wagons are put back into circulation.
