10. 10 ePSIplus recommendations Economic case for PSI re-use at marginal cost needs to be researched and made stronger (i.e. benefits the economy and higher tax income) Commission should emphasise that PSI should be available for re-use on request unless one of a limited and specified set of conditions can be demonstrated Charging/pricing formulae (Reasonable Return on Investment) should be monitored to ensure spirit of Directive is adhered to.
