19. Impersonate As an administrative user, I can “impersonate” other users so that I can provide informed troubleshooting and support by seeing what the user can see. The impersonate feature will only appear if I have security access to it. I can enter either a netid or emplid in order to use the feature.

Campus portal will be seen as an innovator in inclusive digital access to campus resources, and a model for other higher education institutions.
