Regional Partnering  Regional partnership between DoD, States and multiple federal agencies  Purpose – seize opportunities and solve problems in value-adding ways that provide mutual and multiple benefits to the partners and sustain the mission Effective Working Relationship + Good GIS Map + Collaborative Planning = Multiple and Mutual Benefits

6. 6 Readiness and Environmental Protection Initiative (REPI) Non-federal partners cooperating and cost sharing for land protection and conservation Preserves current capabilities Protects against incompatible use of non-federal land that risks warfighter access to the installation and range platforms necessary for readiness Avoids costly future reinvestment to reproduce or replace training and testing capabilities REPI is a cost-effective tool to protect current and future combat capabilities
