4 EdVenture Introduction The objective of this presentation is to invite clients to invest in a new service that the company, EdVenture Communications EdVenture Communications, hopes to roll out in the near future. The target audiences of this presentation are people in the business and financial sectors, entrepreneurs, media buyers and investors.

5 EdVenture Investment The new service that the company is looking into, is the provision of mobile digital television advertising. The objective for this service is to provide a new avenue for clients to advertise their products and services to commuters travelling on public transport and places of transit. Examples: on bus, train, ferry and at bus terminals, train stations, airport and food terraces

6 EdVenture Joint Venture This new service is a joint-venture with the subsidiary company of MediaCorp, TV Mobile, the first in the world to use Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) technology to deliver high quality mobile TV programmes to public commuters. EdVenture Communications EdVenture Communications’ task in this venture, is to produce digital advertisements for TV Mobile’s programmes and to sell air-time and space for advertisements.

7 EdVenture The Company EdVenture EdVenture Communications is a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Media Network International, and was incorporated in 1991 as part of its regional office in Asia Pacific. Global Media Network International holds 45% of the global market share in the media industry, with total earnings of US$1.8 billion in 2002. Its mission is to be first in introducing the latest media technologies, and to be the market leader in providing its customers with every media-related service available in mass communication.
