Categories of King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency The Award is granted to one or more winners in each of the following categories: Best Ministry Best Public Institution / Department Best Accomplishment Best Ministry / Public Institution Participating for the First Time Distinguished Government Employee Any other category the Board may assign such as the Comprehensive Distinguished Performance.

13. Assessment Methodology The final score for each ministry / institution depends on four integrated components, which are: 60% for the Assessment Process findings. 15% for the Mystery Shopper findings. 15% for the Customer Satisfaction findings. 10% for Employee Satisfaction findings.
