1 Football Project By Tariq Al Hammadi

2 Where did Football Originate From? Almost every part of the world played football for a long long time played football from basically every geographical part of the world. But officially it is England this is because England was the first country in the world to create a football association and a league. This association created the fundamental rules for football.

3 Who made up the first organized set of rules for Football? Why did they do this? The Football Organization was created when 11 London clubs and school each sent their representatives to establish the fundamental rules on which Football is now based on. They did this to clarify on the long disputed rules of how Football is played. They brought together 11 representatives so that the new rules be acceptable to everyone.

4 How Many Countries Play Football As Their National Sport Football is a national sport in over 60 nations. 5 Why Do You Think Football Has Become So Popular Around the World? I guess it is just because of the simplicity of the game that many people could play it back during ancient times, that popularity was probably passed down the generations. Football originated from England, it was also England's national sport, at the time England was the world’s supers power, because of this they had great influence on other countries they also caused many other countries to join The Football Association, and by doing that the world cup was founded. Also because you can play anywhere, and all you need is a round object and 2 or more players, you can use practically anything as a goal. Other sports you need a hoop or you need to set up a net or a pool to swim in.

6 What Variations and Styles of Football Are There? There are many styles and variations of Football, I know that some times play a variation of Football that we call “lamsa” which means 1 touch in arabic, in this game you can only touch the ball once. In England where football originated there are also many variations of football. Handball was probably created as a variation of football using the hands. Also, in official football there are also variations, it is usually considered that African football is very rough and that South American football is almost a form of dance and art.

7 What Is Fifa? Fifa is the acronym for the organization calledFifa is the acronym for the organization called International Federation of Association Football. This organization is the world’s governing body for football. Fifa is also the organization in charge of the world cup, the world’s most popular sporting event.
