11. Staff Duty Analysis The staff duty analysis (SDA) that you complete as a cadet are equally as challenging as senior specialty track training. The main objectives of the SDA are: –Improve critical thinking skills –Improve communication skills –Comprehend leadership and teamwork

12. How Do They Improve Critical Thinking Skills?? Improve Critical Thinking Skills: When you identify problems and give solutions to them you use your basic technical knowledge of that specialty

13. How Do They Improve Communication Skills?? Improve Communication skills: You become a better communicator when you PRACTICE active listening and describing in oral and written briefings on certain staff positions, duties, and procedures.

15. How Do They Help Us Comprehend Leadership And Teamwork?? Comprehend leadership and teamwork: –When you explain how senior and cadet staff operate together and add value to the squadron as a whole and by describing the qualities needed by leaders who succeed in that staff position.
