2. Must experiment with glazes: NO glazes should be straight from bottle Overlap colors Use underglaze and overlap of glaze (not clear) on at least one tile Use at least one of these techniques: Feathering Marbleizing Slip trailing

3. Must take DETAILED notes in your sketchbook: Label the back of each color with a number using an underglaze pencil Use the number in your notes so that you will be able to transcribe onto the tile after it comes out of glaze kiln
