2. About The Spirit Squad Who can join? Any student in 4 th -8 th Grade 4 th & 5 th graders – Jr. Varsity Squad 6 th -8 th graders – Varsity Squad What is it? Performance-based team preparing students for a future in cheer & dance

3. Spirit Squad Contract Qualifications for all Spirit Squad Members Must be in grades 4 th -8 th here at OPA. Must attend ALL practices unless excused by coaches. Shall maintain at least a “B” (3.0/Proficient) average in all academic subjects. Shall maintain at least an “A” or “B” in classroom and playground behavior. Shall maintain at least an “A” or “B” in Homework.

6. Practices Cheer Tuesdays from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. Dance Wednesdays from 7:00 – 7:50 a.m. All Squad Practice Thursdays from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. Cheer: Work-out clothing & tennis shoes Dance: Work-out clothing & jazz shoes

8. Uniform Fittings You will receive an email for our upcoming uniform fitting with the included date, time, and location. Please wear tight fitting clothes in order to make sure the uniforms fit correctly.
