Mint Hill Panthers Cheerleading REQUIREMENTS: Copy of Birth Certificate – NO ORIGINALS Copy of 2008-2009 end of year Report card MHAA Registration Form Physical Form completed by Doctor Pop Warner Participant Contract & parental consent form. $150.00 paid to Mint Hill Athletics Association **** UNIFORMS ARE PROVIDED, However you are required to purchase the following: White Ankle Socks White tennis shoes / you can get the shoes from Wal-Mart for $20, DanSkin Now Cheer shoes Black Bloomers – check online or at Lebo's or Dicks. What to expect! Be a part of an award winning team! Lots of Laughter, Team Spirit, Fun and New Friends! Learn fundamentals of cheerleading and learn new cheers and a dance routine! Attend Games each Saturday to cheer on our National winning Football teams! Perform you dance and cheer at the Pep Rally! Compete at Local Competitions for the Jr Pee Wee and higher squads! If any team wins at Local by taking 1 st or 2 nd you then move on the Regional Competition held last year at Timewarner Cable Arena! Ride on a float / walk in the Mint Hill Madness Parade! MHAA VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Coaches & Assistant Coaches for Mitey Mite Mascots, Mitey Mites, Jr Pee Wee and Pee Wee & assistant coach for Jr Midget or Midget. ****You must be certified to coach through Pop Warner, Coaches Clinic dates are July 18-19 th. It’s a very fun class! Make up dates are August 1-2 nd in Raleigh. Once you are certified, you are certified for three years. We will be doing a large fundraiser this year and will need some help with that, keeping up with orders, money, distributing, maybe volunteers for booth at Mint Hill Madness Fair etc. Organized people who can help me distribute uniforms effectively and make sure fitting sizes are correct and keeping count of who has what uniforms. We will need volunteers for the Pep Rally set up. We will need donations of drinks, ice & coolers. Need artistic people to help make banners!
