Modern English the App design agency have been appointed to design, build and launch My Pocket Tutor. This followed a tender brief and competitive process including a two stage interview process and references.

14. Engaging in the project: Content Each customer journey will have written script, images, video and learning material. 3 provider led customer groups to be established to work with the LWBLA. LWBLA overseeing the content. Membership open to all by email. Connected to the Working Group. Opportunities for providers to showcase.

15. Milestones If everything goes to plan: 25 th July is the provisional milestone for the website to go live. 11 th August provisional date for the app to be in the Apple store.
