Pollution: Pollution means dirt, degradation, pollution, disease. The action of man on the environment often has negative effects, because it is not used to adapt to man’s conditions. It often happens that pollution in a particular place, whether in water, air or the soil, means that many species of animals and plants living there create conditions in order to adapt themselves to survive in the new, polluted environment.

 Noise pollution;  Air pollution;  Soil pollution;  Water pollution;  Light pollution;

 Noise pollution is the effect caused by the diffusion of sound in a tone considered to be too high, and well above the tolerable by living organisms.  Depending on its intensity, it may cause irreversible damage in humans.

 Air pollution results from the emission of greenhouse gases and solid particles in the atmosphere. The sources of air pollution are: Fixed (industries, hotels, etc.) Mobile (motor vehicles, aircraft, ships, trains, etc.)

 It can cause degradation of ecosystems due to the launch of many substances (radioactive, acidic, recalcitrant, etc.). And not respect borders, so it is a global problem. This type of pollution can lead to the greenhouse effect and, in turn, to climate change, a decrease in air quality, and with time to health problems in living beings like respiratory diseases, many types of cancers, among others.

 The pollution of the soil, it often results from the the use of certain modern agricultural techniques. The need to increase productivity, has led to the application of fertilizers and pesticides that are contaminating soil, and so it is so complex that agricultural production is in danger of being compromised in the long term. Soil Pollution

 Water pollution is a type of pollution caused by the launch of residential and industrial untreated sewage into courses of water (rivers, lakes or seas), or even the launching of agricultural fertilizers in high quantities that the water stream cannot absorb naturally. Pollution alters the characteristics of the water while the contamination can affect the health of the consumer of such water. Water Pollution

 The visual pollution degrades urban centers since it is not consistent with the facade of buildings, the lack of harmony of ads, logos and advertisements competing for the attention of the spectator, cause injury to others. Despite being considered by some as an artistic expression, the graphite can contribute to the degradation of visual areas of the city. The garbage is also considered an element of visual discomfort that contributes to the feeling of urban unwellness.

 Governments should: Require that all factories have chimney filters; demand that cars have catalysers; Send less gases to the atmosphere prohibiting the sale of products containing CFC's.  Each person should help the environment: When brushing the teeth we mustn’t leave the water running; When washing the dishes we should not leave the water running When taking a bath do not leave the water running either; Recycle; Do not throw garbage on the ground because it takes a long time to deteriorate... What Should We Do to Reduce Pollution?
