2. DressRehersal Thursday April 25, 2013 All seniors MUST dress, it is part of your portfolio !

3. In General This is your time to shine and impress the business people on your exhibition panel, not to impress your friends. Take time to make sure that you are looking and feeling your best. This is an important day.

4. Ladies’ Dress You are expected to dress like a young professional lady…..not like you are going to the club, starring in a video or going on a date This means…..

5. Dress Do’s Slacks: Clean, ironed, and correct fit Skirts: Clean, ironed, correct fit, knee- length Shirts: Button-up Sweaters: Clean and appropriate Shoes: flats, small heels or dress shoes

6. Dress Don’ts Slacks: No jeans or capris Skirts: Not short & Not tight Shirts: No stains, rips or tears, NO CLEAVAGE Sweaters: No hoods Shoes: NO platforms, stilettos, tennis shoes, sandals No Bare Legs

7. Gentlemen’s Dress You are expected to dress like a young professional gentleman…..You are not starring in a video, attending a sporting event or trying to impress your friends This means…..

8. Dress Do’s Slacks: Clean, ironed, correct fit, WEAR A DRESS BELT Shirts: Button up, long sleeves, wear a tie Sweater/Sportcoat: Clean and correct fit Shoes: dress shoes Nylons or Stockings

9. Dress Don’ts Slacks: No jeans or work pants, NO SAGGING Shirts: No stains, rips or tears Sweaters: No hoods Sportcoat: Not too big Shoes: NO tennis shoes, skate shoes or sandals No ball caps

10. In Closing Don’t be upset if your advisor tells you that your outfit is inappropriate; understand that we want you to look your best. If $$$ is a problem, talk to your advisor NOW! We can help---but we can’t read minds, so please tell us! Be prepared to take your picture! All seniors will be photographed for their portfolio covers.
