Have a culture corner in the classroom, with different aspects of other cultures of the children in the class. Ensure that there are motives for the activities that the children use. Help the children to do things themselves without interrupting them. The staff should encourage the children's learning and give them a sense of belief that they can accomplish any task.

‘Help me to do it by myself’. All activities should be of a learning benefit and be made of natural materials. All age groups should be together in a classroom. All tables, chairs and shelves with activities on them, should be of the child's own height. Children are given the choice when they wish to sleep and eat. The children are never forced.
