Your child is growing up fast and with each passing day he or she is becoming more aware of certain topics that were previously never given a second thought. As health teachers, we are aware that sometimes it is difficult to find a way to broach the subject of sex with your child. This Parent Interview Project was designed to give you an opportunity to talk with your child about sex and other issues related to the topic. We appreciate your support and cooperation in our endeavor. Please complete the questions below; we value your feedback!
