19 Personal Views There may be some separation between your personal views and the way your relate to others in the workplace. You need to accept difference, avoid challenging the beliefs of others and not get into conflict over attitudes and beliefs. Please read pages 53 and 54 of the text book

20 Case Study - Carrie Carrie has to get her four children up, dressed and fed before taking them to nursery and school. She often arrives 15 minutes after the morning session has begun at the nursery because she has to take her daughter to school first. Debbie, one of the nursery staff, isn't impressed by this regular lateness and has made comments about the children ‘looking half-dressed today’.
