10. Hair Styles A suitable hair style is one that is : - Neat - Clean - Easily controlled - Will not be falling over the face of the DA or the pt - Manageable doesn ’ t require constant touching or pushing back into place

Care of hands & nails - Finger nails must be kept short & clean - No dark or bright nail polish - Take good preventive care of them to minimize the damage caused by frequent contact with soap and water … cut or damage in the skin is an invitation to infection … use lotions that are not too sticky or highly perfumed
