Support: Smoking causes lung cancer and other negative health effects. Support: Nonsmoking citizens cannot avoid secondhand smoke which is also harmful. Support: Treatment of smoking related illnesses is a burden on the healthcare system and increases insurance costs for everyone. WHY?
